APPOINTMENT SCHEDULING & CANCELLATIONS

Due to the COVID pandemic, appointments are required. A non refundable deposit is required prior to booking services. This deposit secures your appointment and will be applied at time of checkout. Without a deposit, an appointment will not be scheduled or confirmed. We send out confirmation messages 24 hours in advance. To avoid a non-cancellation/no show fee or your card being charged, please give 12 hours notice prior to your appointment for cancellations or time changes. If you are 15 or more minutes late for your appointment, you may have to reschedule & you run the risk of losing your deposit. If canceling, failure to reschedule within 7 days of the original appointment will result in loss of deposit.

Please book ALL correct services you wish to receive at time of booking to allow the appropriate timeframe. *ADD ON SERVICES are to be added additionally with a service that requires a deposit; NOT by itself. You may also call the salon during salon hours to check for last minute available appointments.

We reserve the right to refuse services to anyone for the safety and well being of employees, other patrons, & the establishment itself.
