deposits
A non refundable deposit is required prior to booking services. This deposit secures your appointment and will be applied at the time of checkout.
punctuality
We give a 15-minute grace period. Arrivals more than 15 minutes late are subject to rescheduling and loss of deposit. Please contact the salon if you find yourself behind schedule.
Cancellations
We send out confirmation messages 24 hours in advance of your appointment. Cancellations or time changes requested more than 20 hours prior to your scheduled appointment is subject to a non-cancellation/no show fee or your card being charged. Fees are 50% of service total; or 100% if cancelled less than 8 hours.
RESCHEDULING
Cancelled appointments must be rescheduled within 7 days to avoid loss of deposit. YOU ARE ABLE TO BOOK RESCHEDULED APPOINTMENTS ONLINE WITHIN 21 DAYS OF THE CANCELLATION PERIOD. After 2 reschedules and/or 21 days, you forfeit your deposit and it will not be applied to future services.
CHILDREN
Please make child care arrangements for children who are not being serviced. CHILDREN OR OTHER GUESTS ARE NOT ALLOWED UNLESS BEING SERVICED.
SAFETY
Face masks are still required. We reserve the right to refuse services to anyone for the safety and well being of employees, other patrons, & the establishment itself.
